Brief - A2 Media Coursework

The following project will be completed using a main task supported by two ancillary tasks. The main task will consist of making a full film trailer lasting two minutes. The ancillary tasks are a poster and a magazine cover advertising the trailer. The main genre for the project will be horror; supported by suitable sub-genres or hybrids like slasher and supernatural. Throughout the tasks we shall be exploring horror conventions such as the last girl theory. Similar to the AS course we shall work in groups; preferably groups of three. The group that I will be participating in includes myself, Jenny Mach and Ashley Jones. Using the developed skills from last year, we shall each use our strengths to support the project.
